Freedom Celebrations!
The Freedom Celebrations is an annual community event co-hosted by The Ramjaane Joshua Foundation and Westover Hills Church of Christ in Austin, Texas, dedicated to welcoming and honoring refugees, immigrants, and local families. Held each summer, the event features live music, cultural performances, global food, games, and inspiring testimonies that celebrate freedom, resilience, and unity. It serves as a bridge between newcomers and the broader community, offering a joyful, family-friendly environment that fosters belonging, healing, and hope.
